MDA is offering special hotel rates for 2025 conference attendees, speakers, and partners. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no guarantee that a room in the discounted block will be available, so we recommend booking as early as possible. The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is Thursday, February 6, 2025, or until room block is full.

Double Occupancy — $299.00/night
Triple Occupancy — $319.00/night
All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 25.25% PLUS $2.75 State Cost-Recovery Fee, and optional resort fee of $25 per night.
